A sunshiny morning with this acai berry smoothie parfait will be the perfect start to any day!
Smoothie ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon of Acai powder
Toppings:
- Banana slices
- Frozen blueberries
- Chia seeds
Directions:
Blend all of your ingredients together until smooth. Add your first layer, which is your smoothie, to your jar or cup. Next, add a layer of vanilla Greek yogurt - I use Chobani brand and used a few tablespoons here. Next, add your toppings in whatever way you wish to arrange them. Here, I arranged my banana slices around the outside and my blueberries + chia seeds in the inside. Next step is to DIG IN!
