Out of all the smoothie bowls I've ever made/had, this baby just stole first place for my new favorite. I named this "acai smoothie bowl topped with lots of goodies" because it's literally topped with sooo much goodness!
Smoothie ingredients:
- 3 frozen bananas
- 2 cups of frozen blueberries
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries
- 1 tbsp. of Acai powder
Toppings:
- Strawberries
- Frozen blueberries
- Heart-shaped bananas
- Kiwis
- Shredded coconut
- Bee pollen
- Chia seeds
- Dark chocolate hemp seeds
Directions:
For the smoothie, simply blend all of your ingredients together in either a blender or food processor, pour it inside of a bowl, and add your toppings.
This smoothie bowl is pretty close to perfection. It's delicious and PACKED with nutrients. Bee pollen is excellent for you and contains proteins, amino acids, and vitamins that are all essential to your health. Fun fact: bee pollen is richer in protein than almost any animal source out there!
I always have fun "decorating" my smoothie bowls and trying something a little different every time. For this one, I thought it would be a cute idea to cut out my banana slices in the shape of a heart. I failed miserably with the first few slices and completely butchered them, but got the hang of it after a little bit of trial and error!
