Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup of mango
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk
Toppings:
- Banana slices
- Quartered strawberries
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Hemp seed hearts
- Muesli
Directions:
To prepare the smoothie, simply add all of the ingredients together in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour the smoothie in a jar, filling it up just a little over half way. Then, add a layer of muesli, followed by hemp seed hearts, toasted coconut flakes, strawberries, then finish it off with the bananas!
