Smoothie Ingredients:
- 3 cups of fresh spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of fresh mango
- 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger
- 1 cup of almond milk
Smoothie Toppings:
- Strawberries
- Kiwis
- Raspberries
- Pears
Directions:
Begin by blending the spinach and almond milk in a blender and pulse until smooth. Next, add the rest of the fruit followed by the ground ginger, and again pulse until smooth. Once the smoothie is ready, pour it into a bowl and add the toppings! I used fresh strawberries, kiwis, raspberries, and pears.
