Rainbow Smoothies and Fresh Juice
Orange juice:
- 1/2 of a whole pineapple (peeled and chopped)
- 8 oranges (peeled and rined)
- 7 medium-sized carrots (no leaves or stems)
Freshly squeezed tangy juice! One by one add each of your ingredients to a juicer. 1/2 of a whole medium-sized pineapple will yield roughly 12 oz. of juice, 8 oranges will yield about 16 oz. of juice, and 7 medium-sized carrots will yield 6 oz. for a total of 32 oz. of juice. Once you're finished, mix up your juice well and refrigerate it until it is fully chilled.
Purple juice:
- 1 1/4 cup of purple grapes
- 1 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
- 1 1/4 cup of cabbage
One by one, add each ingredient to a juicer. 1 1/4 cups of grapes and cabbage collectively will yield roughly 20 oz. of juice. One cup of blueberries will yield about 8 oz. of juice. One half cup of blackberries will yield 4 oz. of juice for a total of 32 oz. of juice. Once you're finished, mix up your juice well and refrigerate it until it is fully chilled.
Green smoothie:
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1/2 cup of celery
- 1/2 cup of cucumber
- 1/2 cup of kiwis
- 1/2 cup of green apples
- 1/4 cup of lime juice
Blend all of your ingredients together until smooth.
Pink smoothie:
- 2 cups of strawberries
- 1 3/4 cup of raspberries
- 1 1/4 cup of pomegranate
Blend all of your ingredients together until smooth.
