What you'll need:
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of frozen blueberries
- 2 whole kiwis (sliced)
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
Directions:
For your smoothie, blend all of these ingredients together until smooth. Carving the pineapple is pretty simple - don't be intimated! Simply cut off the top about a half inch or so under the palm. Then carefully use a medium-sized knife to carve out the actual fruit on the inside. Start from the top and work your down, cutting in a circular motion around the perimeter and working your way towards the center.
Once you're finished, pour in your smoothie and add any extra toppings that you may like! This smoothie is seriously paradise inside of a pineapple - mmm, mmm, mmm.
