I had an absolute blast yesterday shooting with the beautiful soon-to-be graduate, Lauren! We shot at Botanical Gardens in Norfolk, VA and could not have asked for a more beautiful day to make some great memories. The sun was shining and gorgeous flowers were in bloom EVERYWHERE!
We met an amazingly sweet woman and her father and I got to take a few photos for them, which they seriously could not have been more ecstatic about. We also found and saved a huge turtle - the poor dehydrated guy was stuck in a giant field so I carried him back to the closest lake. It was so heart warming seeing how fast he jumped in that water. No, I am not ADD (I don't think). Moral of the story: it's those crazy, random things that happen during shoots that make them the most memorable!
Anywho! Lauren will be receiving her Bachelor's of Science Degree in Nursing from Hampton University this Sunday, which made way for a super fun-themed session. Congratulations, Lauren!
