Acai Smoothie Bowl Heaven // Pineapple Style!

This smoothie bowl right here... it's a total game changer. I'm obsessed with acai smoothie bowls not only because they taste amazing, but also because of all of the amazing nutritional benefits they provide. I didn't think they could get any better until I had one INSIDE of a pineapple - talk about delicious! It's cute, fun, tastes oh so fabulous, and is the perfect summer treat!

Smoothie Bowl Ingredients:

- 1 pineapple (for the bowl)
- 1 frozen pack of acai
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1/2 cup of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of raspberries
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of MCT oil
- 1 scoop of collagen peptides

Toppings:

- Dragon fruit
- Kiwi
- Hemp seeds
- Shredded coconut

Directions:

To prepare the smoothie, simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse into smooth (on a low setting so you can keep the texture as thick as possible). Then, cut the head off of your pineapple and carve out the inside, leaving a 1/2" thick border around the outside for support. Next, pour the smoothie into the pineapple bowl and add your toppings!
