This rainbow smoothie bowl is the perfect, colorful treat to enjoy during a hot summer day (or any day, really). Although Friday was the first day of fall, where I live it still feels like summer with there being a high of 90 degrees today (OMG)!! Butttt it's bursting with flavor, will be sure to cool you down in a heart beat, and will make you feel like you're lounging on a tropical beach somewhere beautiful!
Smoothie Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup of fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup of fresh mango
- 1 tablespoon of freshly squeezed lime juice
Toppings (in order from left to right):
- Raspberries
- Mangoes
- Pineapples
- Kiwis
- Blueberries
- Dragonfruit
- Cherries
Directions:
To prepare the smoothie, simply mix all of the ingredients together in a high-speed blender or food processor. Next, pour the smoothie into a bowl and add the toppings to the smoothie. I arranged my fruit toppings in rainbow order, starting with raspberries and proceeded to add mango, pineapple, kiwi, blueberries, dragonfruit, and cherries.
