Layered Superfood Smoothie

This layered superfood smoothie combo is definitely one you should try! It's topped with muesli, hemp seed hearts, toasted coconut flakes, strawberries, and bananas! So not only is it delicious, butttt it's also super nutrient-dense.

Smoothie Ingredients:

- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries
- 1/4 cup of mango
- 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

Toppings:

- Banana slices
- Quartered strawberries
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Hemp seed hearts
- Muesli

Directions:

To prepare the smoothie, simply add all of the ingredients together in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour the smoothie in a jar, filling it up just a little over half way. Then, add a layer of muesli, followed by hemp seed hearts, toasted coconut flakes, strawberries, then finish it off with the bananas!
