Hello everyone! I've got a super yummy smoothie bowl recipe to share with you today! This acai smoothie bowl not only tastes like heaven, but just look at that color - how pretty!! It feels like summer already where I live and eating an acai smoothie bowl in some beautiful, sunshiny weather has GOT to be one of my favorite things ever! You definitely need to give this recipe a try!
Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 frozen pack of acai
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup of fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1 teaspoon of pink pitaya powder
- 1 scoop of collagen peptides
Toppings:
- Passion fruit
- Dragon fruit
- Kiwi
- Chia seeds
- Coconut flakes
Directions:
To prepare the smoothie, simply add all of the ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth (aiming to keep the consistency as thick as possible). Then, pour the smoothie in a bowl and add add your toppings!
